These terms cover the calling and messaging program operated through Cuby, a personal, family-operated communication device. By exchanging messages with the device, you agree to the following.
Cuby sends and receives phone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and voice messages between the device owner and a small list of family members and personal contacts that the owner adds manually. This is personal, conversational communication — not marketing, advertising, or bulk messaging.
Message frequency varies and is conversational: messages are sent only when the device owner or a contact chooses to send one — typically only a few messages per week. There is no recurring or scheduled campaign.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Cuby does not charge you for messages.
Consent is given directly to Cuby and is specific to this program. Each contact agrees in person, before their number is added to the device, to receive calls and messages from the family's Cuby device. Consent is never bundled into an unrelated agreement, and mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared, sold, or bought by third parties or affiliates. Full details are on our opt-in page.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt back in.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: no mobile information or messaging consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message delivery is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on your mobile carrier; delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one posted at this address.
